Ok will be my first update. Yesterday was a conditioning day went pretty good, did some "burpee's" with running in place between them. Was a killer on my legs after mondays squats. But felt good, was overall pleased with how my tuesday went.
Today I'm on duty at the station and did my "B" workout, it was an ok workout but had a hard time really getting into it today. Not sure if it was the fact I was worrying about getting a call in the middle or what.
Squats today were good, did a 5x5 set going 155,165,165,165,170 and that last set was murder. But I got it done. I LOVE ME SOME SQUATS.
My OHP was a bit rough as I had to deload due to poor form, and one set on Deadlift which I was pleased with then finished up with some pull ups and bridges for my abs.
Really hope my go on Friday is better.
