Forearm Shot Today..




Weight was right on today. Weighed in at 180 with Clothes, shoes and ipod on... not sure what BF% is.. but doesn't matter. Starting to get some of my size back. After switching from BB to PL. I lost a lot of Size. With the Cube method's Volume and Bodybuilding Days. Just 8 weeks in and I can see a difference... Will just see next weekend if the results I can see actual matter or not on the platform.
