legs were shaking when i got done with todays workout. i had 40 second breaks between sets. each set is ranging 30-35 seconds. its great to have a product that helps you stay focused. no headaches.
tomorrow is spinning on the bike for 45 mins with some ab work. no weights. going to let my body catch up.
