Gidday Linden,

Mate, You shouldn't stop lifting, not now, not ever. Your on the MAB lifting train. Leaving now will most certainly leave you feeling disappointed and ripped off. Later on you will have to live with the dishonour of not fulfilling your dream. You don't want to become one of the " I was once a weightlifter type of guy", when you can currently and proudly say "I am Muscle and Brawn Weightlifter."

Stick at it buddy, log your workouts, eat well, sleep more, and keep training hard. Remember you are lifting weights not fluffy bunny's. Getting a chisel'd body is hard work.

Cheers, Nath.
