Haha, nope...I decided that 5 mins would be my max target, so goal complete...it wouldn't be wise for me to push the TOS issue, I'll probably suffer for this tomorrow anyway but it was worth it today.
On a funny note, my triceps are still shaking like I'm stood on a vibrating platform, though it does seem to be lessening somewhat
