June 25 - BW: 247.0 - Cals: 2519 (actual) 135g Carbs // 79g Fats // 321g Protein //\\ I forgot to log the AM weight. It was either 246.0 or 247.0 went with the higher.

June 26 - BW: 244.8 - Cals: 2495 = 107g Carbs // 94g Fats // 326g Protein (planned) UPDATE: 2453 in food/shakes but 2663 Actually was consumed once I added in this Medium Green Tea Sparkling Lemonade

June 27 - BW: 241.4 - Cals Planned: 2497 (122g Carbs // 81g Fats // 335g Protein) UPDATE: Actual Cals: 3000+ I had company over that cooked dinner and then we watched Game of Thrones. They never seen it. The food was called "Company Chicken" and had White Rice, Chicken Breast, Cream of Mushroom Soup & Curry as some of the ingredients. I am not sure how many cals were consumed and what the serving size is/was. It was VERY GOOD!!!!

June 28 - BW: 243.4 - Cals Planned: 2497 NOTE: Actual Cals did not get calculated. I drove to WV and back having my mom follow in a 2nd vehicle filled with items to sell. For dinner her and I shared 1/2 a pizza and a salad.

June 29 - BW: 243.4 - Cals Planned: Did not plan. NOTE: I did not plan for meals since I was going to be 'stuck' at the community yard sale trying to make money selling some of my stuff.
