- glucosamine chondroitin
- lysine (I have a specific deficiency of this AA, otherwise wouldn't take it)
- fish oil
I was taking creatine and 4 scoops of whey every day but I ran out and didn't bother to replace them. Haven't noticed a difference in performance and my bodyweight is still going up.
Brands are whatever's cheapest.
