Thanks Mike. Yup, I got in pretty good, they were still tender today but barely any tough crap left in there.

Yup, weight loss is on hold for a few weeks, I'm happy to maintain around 100kg rather than drop any more too fast. Not looking forward to the meet right now, need to turn shit around.

Not feeling too good today, will likely take some time out next week, couple light sessions or something. One week of medication left and then hopefully the joint ache side effects will alleviate and I can get back to more consistent training rather than the up and down days for the last couple months.

Also tightness around my lower ribs/intercostals or whatever it is that has strained a few times in the last year so trying to avoid another ping.
