June 27 - BW: 241.4 - Cals Planned: 2497 (122g Carbs // 81g Fats // 335g Protein) UPDATE: Actual Cals: 3000+ I had company over that cooked dinner and then we watched Game of Thrones. They never seen it. The food was called "Company Chicken" and had White Rice, Chicken Breast, Cream of Mushroom Soup & Curry as some of the ingredients. I am not sure how many cals were consumed and what the serving size is/was. It was VERY GOOD!!!!
