Wednesday I am back!

Felt great today, high bar squats are feeling great. They feel very natural, but I am in the market for new Olympic shoes. I need a little more heel to be comfortable.

Front box squats
95 x 2 x 5
135 x 2 x 3
185 x 1
205x 5
225 x 3
255 x 5 1 plus set pr
Previous pr was three and I had plenty more left

Olympic squats
135 x 3
185 x 1
205 x 1
225 x 1
245 x 1
275 x 1
295 x 1
315 x 1
These felt great, had a lot more in the tank. I need to get used to the high bar position. Going to use 315 as my max for my 5/3/1 cycles starting next week.

Hamstring curls
130 x 10
150 x 3 x 10
Been forever since I did these, gonna feel it tomorrow.

Next week I am going to start doing squats and Deads on this day. Strongman will be a little messed up for the next two weekends. I have a bachelor party and then a weekend. I should get my training days in, but strongman may suffer.

Back felt great today, 315 felt nothing on my back. Bar position just feels a little weird, been a long time since I did anything hit bar.
