Today sucked. 170kg felt pretty good but form and lower back were off, couldn't pull anything after that.

2 board was ok, funky left shoulder but only with full ROM warming up. Need to get rid of some of the knots in my pecs tonight, tears will be shed.

Decided to drop the weight right back with lunges and do them properly, actually felt pretty good today.

Weighed in at 99.5kg today, probably the reason sessions have been crap, should be over 100kg still really. Bumping calories up to 3000-3500 daily.
