Juggernaut HP 1 and 1/4 scoop
It feels so good to get back in the weight room. Main lifts for yesterday were 6 sets of three on bench, push-press, and bent over rows. Followed by an arms superset (and a nice 2 mile walk with my mom). My arms were feeling great. Overall great workout.
Overall Performance 9/10
Today I have legs and then a 7 on 7 football game with a couple other high schools. I am getting HUGE!!!
What kind of weight amounts are talking here???
