Have bands, have spinlock DBs. Don't need the GHR now, but def on the list of future purchases.
More weight is what I need most, both standard and olympic. After that I am thinking SS bar. I agree that the TDB isn't necessary. Good call on that. Plan on buying a lat tower eventually, but I am still training at a gym two days per week so don't need it.
I would love a nice power rack, but my ceiling is only 6'10" so I am stuck with the cheapo one that I have. Also, some extra long DB handles for one arm DB row which is my fav back exercise.
I have never used chains before. I hear they really help...?
Also, what does a prowler accomplish? Will there be a carryover to my Squat and DL from it?
