Hey everybody, so I switched my lifting to day time, because by the time I got home from picking the wife up from work and eating dinner, I was taking Juggernaut HP at almost 11 pm, and that doesn't work with my sleep schedule. So here's today

Dumbbell Tricep Presses:
First Set: 10 reps @ 35 lbs.
Second Set: 10 reps @ 50 lbs.
Third Set: 10 reps @ 55 lbs.
Fourth Set: 8 reps @ 75 lbs.

Dips (Bodyweight):
First Set: 30 reps
Second Set: 30 reps
Third Set: 28 reps
Fourth Set: 25 reps
Fifth Set: 18 reps

Dumbbell Chest Press:
First Set: 10 reps @ 35 lbs.
Second Set: 10 reps @ 45 lbs.
Third Set: 10 reps @ 50 lbs.
Fourth Set: 8 reps @ 55 lbs.
Fifth Set: 7 reps @ 60 lbs.

Chest Dips (Bodyweight):
3 sets of 20
