100% right. There's to many people out there that never drink enough water even for a NON lifting life style.
The human body under normal conditions dehydrates/evaporates a gallon of water a day just threw talking and breathing.
Then they all cut sodium out also. BIG
mistake. You want to flush sodium? Just drink more water.
Creatine is NO wonder drug/supplement. It's in many foods, just taking it as a sup just cuts down on eating a boat load of food and over eating just to stay saturated with it.
