Monday back on my usual schedule
Felt good today, but legs were still tight. So I decided to separate things out back to my old schedule.

Bench press jugg
135 x 2 x 5
185 x 3
210 x 1
225 x 14, 10 plus set
Felt great just a couple reps off my best close grip

Klokov press
95 x 8
115 x 3 x 8
Felt great

Tricep push downs
150 x 20
170 x 20
190 x 20
Burn

Band pull a parts
3 x 20

Single arm push downs
Mini band x 3 x 15

Btb curls
65 x 3 x 15

Everything felt solid, squatting on Wednesday. Going to test the front squat and then try to find close to a max on Olympic squats so I can start cycling them next week.
