Muscle Marinade and squats today. Switched things up, focusing on getting deep and staying upright. I've let myself get a little shallow and forward chasing bigger weight. Still legal, but I don't like how they look or feel.

Laser focus, good strength. Everything felt light on my back. Murdered my calves afterward, they're still pumped 30 minutes later.
