Traps were still aching like a bitch this morning and triceps tender too.
Beltless lowbar is weak as shit, hopefully build up over the next month and have a positive effect on belted.
Bench felt pretty crap today too, numbers down there but picking up fatigue with the volume, it'll bounce back.
Pressing really loosened up my shoulders, could have tripled 80kg all day so bumped a little to fatigue.
Decided I'm not going to bother pulling twice a week, at least for now. Smashing upper back instead.
