Intra Workout: 1 scoop creatine, 2 scoop BCAAs, 1 gallon water

JHP kicked in around 15 mins the normal timeframe

Took two scoops of JHP and started warming up.
Tonight was not a good night everything felt extremely heavy. My whole mindset was messed up tonigh hence the lower ratings. I didn't feel much of anything tonight. My workout sucked. By far the worse night lifting I've had.
