That is almost the exact schedule I like the best too. I like; Bench on Monday, Squat on Tuesday, Press on Thursday, and Prowler Hell on Friday.
I agree, I think that is perfect. I am just debating which day is better for squats.
I was thinking Tuesday, then condition Wednesday, press Thursday, off Friday, feeling fresh for events.
This would also give me some room for a busy schedule to switch around workouts and never miss any.
