Thanks Men! A cycle or two ago I was kind of struggling with my Over-head Press, so It felt pretty good when 115 went up fairly easy this time around.
Gonna hit the gym tomorrow, normally at this point I would start up a new cycle. But I'm going to De-load this week. I know a lot of guys say you don't need to de-load and I only did once in my previous cycles... I feel since I'm doing 3/5/1 if I don't de-load I'd be training 90% and above for two weeks in a row. This way If I do de-load I'll be lifting "heavy" every other week.
Now I'm not necessarily going to "De-load", Wendler has another option that I'll give a go; 65%, 75%, 85% for triples.
