JUGGERNAUT HP

Taste: Amazing, not chalky and not too sweet, just right.
Focus: Focus was through the roof, best I've felt in quite some time.
Strength: I noticed a minimal increase in strength but more so in muscle endurance.
Energy: Great energy, I didn't feel like I was crawling at the end of my workout.
Mixability: No powder left, no residue, no chalkiness, mixed perfectly.

EZ Bar Curls:
First Set: 10 reps @ 75 lbs. (Warm up)
Second Set: 10 reps @ 95 lbs.
Third Set: 8 reps @ 115 lbs.
Fourth Set: 8 reps @ 125 lbs.

Dumbbell Curls:
First Set: 10 @ 45 lbs.
Second Set: 10 @ 50 lbs.
Third Set: 8 @ 55 lbs.

Bent Over Rows (barbell):
First Set: 10 reps @ 145 lbs.
Second Set: 10 reps @ 165 lbs.
Third Set: 8 reps @ 185 lbs.
Fourth Set: 5 reps @ 190 lbs.

To be honest this is the best my back has felt while lifting. I think it is a mixture of the focus from Juggernaut HP that helped me to make sure I wasn't just going through the motions, and actually paying attention to my posture and feeling with each rep, also the fact that I have been losing weight pretty steadily and that is taking the pressure off of my back. Alright loyal followers, now it's time for me to
