Monday 3-15-10 quads

*this was a wasted attempt at a leg workout. I played hockey yesterday for 4 hours and when i woke up today mylegs were sore as hell. However i tried anyway it it pretty much sucked arse. My legs were shot from yesterday. So here it is anyway*

Leg press 320x8 410x8 500x6,6 550x6,4,4

single leg press 185x6 210x6 230x6 280x6,6

Leg Ext 200x6,6,6

*got pissed off and just left*

Gonna have to pick anouther day to do legs form now on as i play hockey(deck) every sunday afternoon for about 4 hours
