June 18 - BW: 246.0 - Cals: 2564 (planned) Actual: 2540 - Lunch was altered and sent the Cals to 2620. I then removed an afternoon apple, keeping the banana, and the cals went to 2540.

June 21 - BW: 244.2 - Cals: 2596 (planned) *there is a 1 pound gain from yesterday. I did drink more water than normal for some reason. I may have gone a little over the planned Cals with an extra source of protein and some popcorn while watching Walking Dead with buddies.*
June 22 - BW: 245.5 - Cals: 2609 (planned) I am at my parents and using a different scale to weigh in. I am not sure if it is the scale or something else that has me up another pound. I brought all my planned food. Tonight I may be taking dad to dinner for Fathers Day so that's another speed bump test.....and of all places he wants to go.....it's a all you can eat buffet.
