I've used fasting for the past year out of ease and my love of big meals. This is generally what I eat post workout.
Salad, 1lb. chicken, 1lb. 96/4 beef, 90g of avocado, 135g pre cooked rice, and for dessert 200 grams of berries.
I usually total around 360g protein, 170g carbs, and 100g fat on workout days. My off days I just cut carbs down to around 50.
