Worked really hard tonight. Only issue was a bit too much lower back rounding for my liking. I know what caused it - I have been experimenting with head positioning. I know if I look up slightly I can get back straighter and be a bit tighter. me fix for next time.
The 405 felt so good, I likely would have had 2 more reps but grip was starting to slip on the 4th rep. I knew I had a bit more in the tank, so I went for a heavy single - of which was welded to the floor 10 days ago. Nailed it today! It was simply bugging me that I missed it last time. Now that I have scratched the itch, I will go for 410X5 next week and leave it at that. I promise!!
185 felt great for the top slice. So good in fact, I rolled with it and was able to do a 20 repper for a finisher.
