Pre-Workout: 2 scoop Juggernaut HP, 14oz water
Intra Workout: 1 scoop creatine, 2 scoop BCAAs, 1 gallon water

JHP kicked in around 15 mins the normal timeframe it seems. No tingles tonight, felt great.

Took two scoops of JHP and started warming up. Pump and focus was good tonight. Had a little bit of settling in the bottom of cup tonight, not a big deal. Shook it a few times and gone.

Front squats
4 sets of 12 @ 120lb

Leg Press
4 sets of 12 @ 675lb

Leg Extensions
4 sets of 15 @ 105lb

Leg Curls
4 sets of 15 @ 85lb

Seated Calf Raises
4 sets of 12 @ 135lb

Calf Presses
4 sets of 15 @ 675lb

Overall good workout tonight. Great burn and pump.
