Pre-Workout: 2 scoop Juggernaut HP, 14oz water
Intra Workout: 1 scoop creatine, 2 scoop BCAAs, 1 gallon water
JHP kicked in around 15 mins the normal timeframe it seems. No tingles tonight, felt great.
Took two scoops of JHP and started warming up. Pump and focus was good tonight. Had a little bit of settling in the bottom of cup tonight, not a big deal. Shook it a few times and gone.
