Thursday finally!
I don't know how long I can do this two times a week thing at the gym. It is making me unhappy, may have to re think this.mi am going to rerelead juggernaut and the cube to see what I should do.

Olympic squats working on form
95 x 2 x 3

Felt great, going to rethink my routine this weekend. I am thinking right now it will be essentially the same, but separating my upper and lower days. Monday bench, Wednesday squat and dead, Thursday OHP, Saturday strongman.

For strongman, I need to improve focus on pressing and Deadlifts. Those are my weaknesses, and events a big weakness haha
