ME Squat Day

Tonight I tested straight weight, bar was MOVING well. I worked up and broke my record with a 190kg effort, very happy with that. I then pulled form a slight defecit and then icreased the defecit and pulled a heavy triple. All pulling is still beltless.

1x1 140kg
1x1 152.5kg
1x1 165kg
1x1 177.5kg
1x1 190kg (PR)

1 Def Sumo Deadlift

3x8 147.5kg

Add Another 2 Defecit

4x3 to 175kg

T Bar Rows

1x23 25kg
1x18 35kg
1x12 45kg

Done, very good squat cycle.
