Hamster wheel today for 45 minutes at 3.8 mph and a 7 incline. I throw some weights in my backpack for extra resistance. Since I've hit my "vanity goal" I've phased out a lot of the cardio besides doing this once a week. Since I've shortened my rest periods I've noticed my work capacity increase. Conditioning must be getting better
