OR raises a good point. My Epiphany of sorts was on my 40th birthday. It has taken me 9 years to get the health I enjoy today. I realized I sacrificed strength, but at our age especially, overall health has to be the priority.

The icing on the cake for me that made it all worthwhile was when the specialist told me last summer I have the internal cellular health and structure of a 25 year old!! It can be done Mike!!
