Solid session considering i felt like death going in.

Bw 185.3 - hard drop from 2 days ago. we'll see if thats right next session, or if that's dehydration... either way, back on track getting leaner...

At our BW, no belts until over 3 pps!!! That's a rule.

I can easily lose that much water in a day...hopefully, some of it's BW progress too!
