ME Squat Day

Tonight was paused cambered squats with an orange band and 4 chains, brutal combo. I worked to a max of 144kg for a PR then proceeded to hit about 50 backoff reps. I then did pullthrus with the bands, these smoked me and I was done. Ate my face off after and slept like a log.
