Bench - Warmup, 225x1, it was already too hard and my shoulder hurts so I just did 3 sets of 135x8 somewhat paused reps.. kind of hurt.
BB Row I was warming up with 135 then 185 and lower back started hurting and shoulder enflamed so I just put the weights up and went home.
I'm wondering if I still even have this in me anymore. I'm always hurt, I am beating myself up and for what?
