i don't pay attention to fiber at the dinner table, but i do pay attention at the supermarket. i buy bread and cereal that are high in fiber, and fruit, vegetables, and beans. i just eat this stuff however often i want, and since each thing is a good source of fiber, i figure it adds up to a good daily amount.
not sure if you want suggestions, but in the past i've also bought flax seed. it goes well with a lot of stuff: cereal, omelets, vegetables, stir fry. just throw in a few pinches into your food. it's supposed to be very high in fiber (also omega-3).
