Bench/Squat Day

Busy night, got a lot of work in, started by benching, I worked to 8s this time, next session drops to 5s. I then did some benching with my feet up in the air to a heavy triple, I finished by floor pressing for reps. I removed the CG benches, they are irritating something in the pec delt tie in. I finished with paused SSB squats and 4 chains, very solid night of lifting.
