Just keep hammering and keep eating. Hopefully somebody more knowledgeable will chime in, but everything I've read says that guys with a sub-400 deadlift just need to squat and deadlift more. Rack pulls don't become useful until you're over the 4plate mark I guess.
I don't have my log in front of me right now, but I know I missed 300 a couple of times right after pulling 295 relatively easily. Deadlift is a strange beast.
