Real Results 4-day Upper/Lower
W8 D2 Tuesday

Squat
5 x 5 x 235 +10lbs
These all felt really good. Depth was there and speed was good. They also moved my rack so I don't have to look in the mirror any more

High rack pulls (top sets with VG's)
225 x 5
315 x 3
405 x 1
495 x 5 x 3 +4 reps
Will add weight next time I do these.

Kneeling cable crunch
3 x 13 x 190 +3 reps

Seated calf raise
3 x 10 x 125 +5lbs
2 second hold on top

Thought that ugly headache was going to resurface after the first couple of sets of squats, but it subsided and we got in a pretty decent session.
