Tuesday quick session in the rain
Started as a light rain and got progressively heavier. Probably good for me, it forced me to end my workout quickly
*all sets plus 45 pounds
1/4 mile walk
5 sprints x about 30 yards
3 x 40 yards
Felt good to get loosened, my legs are tired and tight but not very sore. Tomorrow will be another light session, probably some upper body sled work.
