Thanks, I enjoyed the crossed arms, but now I can feel exactly where that bar was and I have some soreness on my right clavicle and all over the outside of my delts, I think my hand placement was making my shoulders rotate and getting the weight off my front delts, gonna have to play with it. It was great for stability and nothing like the wrist shattering clean grip, but it can be better.
