Ok so my plan was to ramp up to a new 1RM of 305 on bench, then complete the rest of the session as normal. So much for the plan lol!

It was sooo close too. I think if I had waited for 5 minutes instead of 2 I might have got it! On the positive side, I failed on a heavy weight and didn't tweak the shoulder at all! No big deal though. Figured I would punish myself with an all out set at 225 with the bench daddy.
