Leg Press 300x6 @ 3 sets
Leg Extensions 140x5 @ 3 sets
Deadlift 225x5 @ 3 sets (rest pause on final set, 135x15)
Leg Curls 120x5 @ 3 sets
ab work 30 mins various crunches, 12# ball leg lifts, scissor kicks.

tomorrow is off day but have 2 games. feeling sore right now sitting at my desk.
