So I'm sitting in bed eating an ungodly amount of Mcdonalds. Naked as always.
Its been a long day. Trained 2nd shift, lifted from 11:30 - 2:00
and probably had no more than 2000 calories in the last 21 hours.

Pause squats 285lbs x8
New stance. Two more reps from last week. Narrower, toes straight, knees more out, back more upright. Warmups were the easiest ever. 245 felt like 45.
Speedyish benches 185lbs 10x3. 90 seconds rest. Quit when I slowed down.
Blasted through the rest of this.
225lb box squats
70lb one arm overheads.
170lb upright rows
3 plate supported rows
Box jumps onto 16" bench (too easy) holding 15lb hex dumbells. I'm fat.
Try to get in about 9pm Wednesday. When I work third shift I will go in on mornings
