Monday feeling strong
Week 2 of full body training, felt fresh today. Even though my traps are forearms feel like they could fall off

Front box squats
95 x 3
135 x 2 x 3
185 x 3
210 x 3
225 x 3
245 x 6 (3+ set)
Had plenty left

Bench press
135 x 10
185 x 5
205 x 2 x 10
205 x 12 , 10+ set
These felt strong too

DB rows

BW x 3 x 12

Feeling good, I feel like I have basically gotten all of the non sense out of my training and am just focusing on the important stuff.

Thursday I am going to mess around with high bar atg squats. I would like to make them and front squats my primary movements.
