ME Squat Day
Today I did 50kg chaos squats, this was very tough, 50kg of hanging plates gives you zero bar speed and stability, you have to work your ass off just to keep position. I hated every set of these devils last night. I hit about 50 heavy reps and moved to deadlifts for 5x5, I then added a large defecit and pulled a near max 6reps. I finished with 2 sets of tabrs rows done light but these BLEW me up. Solid night, got all kinds of fucked up on my PR attempt and rounded over, low back is not happy today

1 Defecit Sumo Deadlift

Add 2 More Inch defecit

4x6 to 160kg
