Day 3 in a row training. squats. 2 scoops of condense got me into the gym, felt a little beat down before it kicked in. got in some reps, hit some assistance work, and called it a day.
Mixed the condense in about 12 oz of water and downed it. The gym is about 3 blocks away, and by the time i had walked over there, the Condense was kicking in. Felt the beta alanine pretty good today, good energy. It is definitely helping keep me going with the training and while cutting. very impressed.
