Rough session in the gym today. Some good points, and some bad ones too.

Squat
135 x 5
225 x 3
275 x 1
325 x 1
295 x 5
295 x 3
295 x 3 - i need a 4th set next week and more reps. Focused on trying to push the hips as soon as I was out of the hole. Some reps were more successful than others

RDL
225 x 10
225 x 7 - focused a lot on making these more efficient, pushing my hips and squeezing the glutes as soon as the bar cleared my knee and not swinging up. There is probably a good 6 inches of movement cut out this way. Hoping to begin pulling this way in general

No leg press, i didn't fit.

Lying Leg Curl
50 x 10 x 4

Standing Calf Raise
60 x 15
60 x 15
60 x 25 (some of them weren't full reps, but i just kept going at long as I could)
