A Nice Bench day. . .

Bench Press (warm ups)
125 lbs x 5
155 lbs x 4
185 lbs x 3
230 lbs x 2
260 lbs x 1

Bench Press (work sets)
215 lbs x 15, 6

Lying Triceps Extensions
100 lbs x 12, 12, 12

Barbell Curls
80 lbs x 12, 12, 12

Notes:
Obviously the bench went well today. Very happy with that session. The 260 lbs felt really light and couldn't ask for much better than 15 reps with 215 lbs. Onward and upwards...

BTW, I promise to be back in your journals later today. I have to see what you've all been up to
