due to the softball games, i took legs off last week. felt something pull during the first game and i was down hill from there.
still feeling great on this PWO and am starting to wonder if i should have a few sips during the day when i feel tired from work.
Does anyone know if you can make this up the night before so i can keep it bed side for whenever i wake up i can just down it?
